Contact our sales team with: cargo name, quantity, weight, and volume; origin and destination; preferred transport mode; and whether you need customs declaration and other add-on services. Once the quote is confirmed, we arrange booking and dispatch.

Air: 3–7 days; Rail: 15–25 days; Truck: 7–15 days; Sea: 20–35 days (Vladivostok) or 35–45 days (St. Petersburg). Actual times may vary due to weather, customs inspection, and other factors.

We handle general cargo: daily consumer goods, clothing and footwear, machinery and parts, electronics, building materials, furniture, and food (subject to import/export regulations). For special cargo (hazardous, liquids, powders), please consult us in advance.

We support settlement in CNY and USD via bank transfer. Specific payment terms are confirmed with sales at the time of order.

After booking, we provide a waybill number. You can check shipment status through your sales rep or customer service, with milestone tracking throughout.

LCL (Less than Container Load): your cargo shares a container with others, charged per kg or CBM. FCL (Full Container Load): you use one or more entire containers, charged per container — ideal for large volumes.

SOC (Shipper-Owned Container): you provide your own container. COC (Carrier-Owned Container): the carrier (shipping line/railway) provides the container. Container fees differ between the two; see your quote for details.
